Once you have filled out the form, this will prompt our office staff to generate a number for you. This could take up to 24 hours so please be patient after filling the form out. After you receive this number, it will be put on your account in our system. The number you're provided will be the number you will give to all of your friends/family/neighbors or whoever you choose that may use the service.

Referral Program Agreement

This Referral Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Shields Wildlife Removal (“Company”), and the individual or entity (“Referrer”) participating in the Referral Program. By participating in the referral program, the Referrer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Referral Program Overview

Shields Wildlife Removal (“Company”) has implemented a Referral Program (“Program”) to reward individuals who refer potential clients to the Company. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the Program.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Referral Program, the Referrer must be a natural person who is at least 18 years old and must not be an employee, officer, or agent of the Company.

3. Referral Compensation

For each successful referral made by the Referrer that results in the Company providing a paid service, the Referrer will be entitled to choose one of the following rewards:

  • A $100 cash reward, or

  • A $200 service credit which can be applied towards any future service provided by the Company.

The referred person will also be eligible to claim a $200 service credit for future services with the Company, but they are not eligible for a cash payout.

4. Successful Referral Criteria

A successful referral is defined as:

  • A new client referred by the Referrer who completes a paid service with the Company, and

  • The referred client must spend a minimum of $500 on services for the referral to be considered valid.

  • The referred client must mention both the Referrer's name and the custom referral number assigned to the Referrer at the time of booking or within the first 24 hours of service completion.

5. Referral Number Process

After completing the referral form, our office staff will assign you a unique referral number. This process may take up to 24 hours, so please allow some time for this to be completed. Once your referral number is generated, it will be linked to your account in our system. You will then be provided with this number, which you should share with your friends, family, neighbors, or anyone you refer to our services. The referred client will need to provide both your name and this unique referral number when booking the service or within 24 hours of service completion.

6. No Payout for Insufficient Spend

If the referred client does not purchase a service totaling at least $500, no reward or payout will be owed to the Referrer for that referral. In such cases, the referral will not be considered valid, and no compensation will be issued.

7. Unlimited Referrals

There is no limit on the number of people the Referrer can refer, as long as each referral meets the requirements of the program, including the minimum $500 service spend. Referrers are encouraged to refer as many valid clients as they wish.

8. Reward Payment Process

  • The Referrer will be notified of their successful referral and the corresponding reward amount within [30] days of the referred client’s payment for services rendered.

  • The Referrer may select between the $100 cash reward or the $200 service credit. However, cash payouts will no longer be issued once the cumulative amount of cash rewards reaches $600 within a calendar year, in order to avoid the need for issuing a 1099 form. After this threshold, only the $200 service credit will be available.

  • The service credit will be applied to the Referrer’s account and can be used for any future services with the Company. Service credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be used within [12 months] from the date issued.

9. Limitations

  • Referral rewards are only valid for new customers who have not previously used Shields Wildlife Removal services.

  • Referrals must not be made for individuals in the same household as the Referrer. Referrals for people living in the same household as the Referrer are not eligible for rewards.

  • The referred client must spend a minimum of $500 on services for the referral to be valid. If the referred client does not meet this spending requirement, no payout will be issued.

  • The referred client must mention both the Referrer's name and the custom referral number when booking or within 24 hours of service completion for the referral to be valid.

  • The referred person is only eligible for a $200 service credit and is not eligible for any cash payout.

  • The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time and without notice.

10. Tax Implications

The Referrer is responsible for any taxes owed on any rewards received under the Program. The Company will issue any necessary tax forms (e.g., IRS Form 1099) to the Referrer if required by law.

11. Confidentiality and Data Privacy

The Referrer agrees not to disclose any confidential information of the Company or its clients that they may come across as part of the referral process. Both parties agree to comply with all relevant data privacy and protection laws.

12. Indemnification

The Referrer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shields Wildlife Removal, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from any breach of this Agreement or the referral process.

13. Miscellaneous

  • This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Company and the Referrer with respect to the Referral Program and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements.

  • Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

By participating in the Referral Program, the Referrer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
